Return/Exchange Policy

Returns must be received within two weeks for a refund. Exchanges must be made within 30 days. Adult toys may only be exchanged for the same product if defective. Opened lotions are not returnable.

The following conditions apply to all returns, exchanges, and refunds:

All products must be returned in their original packaging. DVDs, CDs and videos must be unopened to receive a full refund.
If a product is found to be defective, an exchange will be issued. The original receipt must accompany all refund/return/exchange items.
Refunds/returns are not available for items that are damaged after purchase.
